JCI Manila: Run for the Mountains 3K, 5K, and 10K Fun Run

A fun run that will benefit the kids of Smokey Mountains and increase awareness for the indigenous people of the Philippines, Run for the Mountains is a 3K, 5K, and 10K fun run organized by JCI Manila will be held on May 21, 2017 in McKinley West, McKinley Hill, Bonifacio City.

Proceeds from the race will go to the improvement of the Smokey Mountain Community Field of Dreams. JCI Manila will also be building water pipes for the Indigenous People.

Race Kit

Race kit includes a singlet, race bib, loot bag, and entry to post-race raffle. Each loot bag will contain a Mega Fiber cookie bar, Jamba Juice free upsize voucher, Gu gels, and Pringles. Because most proceeds will be donated, medals will only be awarded to the Top 3 finishers. Raffle prizes include Curves 1-day pass, Brooks shoes, and many more.

Singlet design

Post Race

Mangyan, Igorot, and Aeta athletes will showcase their skills in a “Ninja Warrior” type atmosphere which include archery, javelin throwing, blow pipes, storytelling, and native song and dances. This will be a good venue for families and kids to interact and be aware of our Indigenous People.
